Hi

Where do I change the default subscription status of a group? I know it says in the Group Admin, but I can’t seem to find where.

I can find where to change members status in a group but not the default.

Hi amicatech,

I had the same experience as you. After changing the members one by one, I found a support thread with more information:

1) On the front end, go to the group
2) Select Manage
3) Select Settings
4) Scroll down and you should see options for “EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION DEFAULTS”
