Hello Matthew,
Given article shows list of plugins that can schedule posts to specific time.I dont want to schedule post for future time.I want to publish directly at 12am.Cant we do that in WordPress..??

There is a simple way to do this. Publish the post and then edit the post Publish on time. Just click the edit button next to the publish on in the publish metabox on your post. Select the time and then you should just be able to save it and it will work.
