Set defaults for carousel block?

    Hi, is there any way to set defaults for the Carousel block, so that authors don’t have to replicate the same settings every time they insert the block? We want all our carousels to be consistent across our site, and it’s hard to do when you have to tweak the settings every time a Carousel block is inserted.

    I’d be fine making this happen via a filter or hook instead of a settings panel, I just didn’t know where to look. Thanks for your help!

    Hi @mmcginnis, I hope you are doing great.

    The best way to ensure you have Carousels that have pre-applied settings would be by creating a reusable block:

    The reusable block always preserves the same settings and can be applied to any post/page on your website that uses the block editor.

    Alternatively, you can also copy or duplicate a block if you want to do this only on a single page
