Set external User ID

    Hi there,

    We have some difficulties in creating the code to be added to our wordpress header in order to automatically add the known Hubspot email address of the user as External User ID when people are subscribing or subscribed for our (onesignal) notifications. We have done the basic steps to set up the hubspot integration but we miss the right code snippet to be added in our wordpress header to make this happen.

    Would be great if there is anybody who have created this to share an example with me.

    The best way to achieve this is to add our Javascript method setExternalUserId to the site and pass in the ID you want: https://documentation.onesignal.com/docs/external-user-ids

    There are many ways to add Javascript to the website. You can try the insert headers and footers by wpbeginner and add this code to the footer.
