set image and map questions

    I have used the plugin on http://www.asastrology.nl and have turned of the map on the listing but it still shows up – is there a way around that ?> when I put in an address it can’t find it.
    Is there a way to make the image smaller on each listing? used [event_listing] on this page http://www.asastrology.nl/coming-events/
    The map part also only shows in part with a short title

    Hello

    Can you please tell us how did you turn off map? Have you done it by removing code or tried some other way. Actually if you don’t want to show map, simply you should not use the map’s shotrcode.

    You can not change the image size on each event listing for using it’s shortcode.

    Hi No I haven’t changed any code – have no idea how to do that. I used the don’t show map tick under the event options. I would expect then that the map click wouldn’t show. It works but shows the US which is not very useful. That would solve the problem of the half image of view on map on the list too. Thanks

    Dear Fayebl

    If you are talking about “View on Map” button then we would like to tell you that it’s not map at all.

    It’s actually link of map on event listing. “Don’t show map” only works for event’s detail page because real map is existing there.

    But if you want to hide “View on Map” button on listing then you can customise the following template.

    simple-event-planner/templates/content-event-listing.php

    Thanks but I don’t want to customise code as if there’s an update I need to do it each time – I just think the list looks weird – if the map is not on there why not take view on map off the listing page and leave it on the details page?

    Hi

    Basically “View on Map” is based on add venue/address of event not search map. If you add address (address is essential part of any event) of event, it needs to link somewhere.
