Set language for multiple domains

Hi Alessandro, i’ve got 2 domains and i need to translate each one.
For example:

site.it is the default site and should be in italian;
site.us is the secondary one and should be in english.
Obviosly, both sites point to the same host.

How can i set all sites withouth add prefix and suffix to url?
