Set position below fixed navbar

    I have a fixed nav and I would like to set the read meter to appear below the nav instead of at the top of the page. I know I can change the CSS, but the header is dynamic in height. I have tried changing the ‘top’ dynamically with JavaScript but for some reason this does not work on the progress bar container. Does anybody know how to solve this?
