Set search input using query parameter

Unfortunately we do not understand what is the question exactly. Can you make it clear?
The included URL is not available, so we cannot see it.

You can achieve it using the following url:
http://webshoplogic.com/search_gcse/?q=query

You should not apply any setting.
If you enter the search keywords on your site into the Google CSE search field and press magnifying glass icon, then the search results page should be displayed automatically (this page has a similar URL that I wrote).
