set some dates unavailable

    I need to set some date slots unavailable. for example for summer vacation the worker will be not available from 27th of june to 29th of July, how can I bulk all this slots without editing manually? is there a feature?

    Hi @lauryn77,

    you can create new connection that will be set to not working. But remember that each connection means one slot. So maybe there should be multiple connections that are set to not working. You can set time span for those vacation days.

    There is also one way more. If you are using Extension plugin that worker can create event in his own Google Calendar that will block those slots 🙂

    I already tried creating a connection but apparently it doesn’t include the first appointment of the day. Same issue I have when I manually set unavailable the slots: the first slot don’t get occupied until I set every slot of the day occupied and I have to try two times. any thoughts about it?

    Otherwise I didn’t know about the extension and I will think about it! thanks.

    ok now it works, I used bulk connections 🙂
