Hello, please how do I set table headers?

I want the table header to be different from the content of the first row of the table.

I’ve already tried severally to disable the “first row of the table is the table header” option, yet it keeps using the first row of the table as the table header. I’ve cleared my cache and it is still the same.

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

I’m not sure that I understand. While TablePress is installed on the site from your link, the table on that particular page was not created with TablePress, from what I can see, but with some Elementor add-on?

    Regards,

Yes, I used the widget from “Advanced Data Table” from the happyaddons.com and used TablePress as the source for the table data.

    This is the link: https://demo.happyaddons.com/elementor-advanced-datatable-widget-demo/?_ga=2.149316662.1284724970.1668697529-160240222.1666896742

My challenge now is that the table header is repeated also as the first row content of the table as well.

    Hi,

TablePress does not automatically repeat the header row, so this is something that you would have to ask the Happy Addons developers, I’m afraid.

Out of curiousity: Why are you not using TablePress directly?

Let me try and use it through short code and see how it goes. Than you for your support.

Using the TablePress shortcode worked fine.

    Thank you very much
