Our default email is our it/dev department. We have two sections on the site, one for general contact and one for service.

Would it be possible to set an “to” address per contact form so the mail gets to the right department? 😉

Yes, you can try to do this with this filter: https://meowapps.com/contact-form-block-faq-customization/#Modify_the_receiver_of_the_email

The $to value you return could depend on the page you are on. For example:
```
add_filter( 'mcfb_email_to', function ( $to, $form ) {
  $pageid = get_queried_object_id();
  if ( $pageid )
    $to = '[email protected]';
  return $to;
}, 10, 2 );
```
That will work.
