How often does this plugin require two-factor authorization? Is it every log in? Only when you use a new device? Is there a way to set the frequency?

Hi,

This plugin adds a second-factor to the login process, on every login. It does not affect how long a login session lasts. To do that, also add a plugin like https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/remember-me-controls/
