    How can I set it so that I can use the online chat function only when I am logged in to the website, and the login or registration interface will pop up when I am not logged in?

    Hey @chengjianping

    At the moment, Chatway doesn’t support showing the widget only when you’re logged into your website and not when you’re logged out. However, you can use our preview screen to see how Chatway will appear on your site.

    Regarding the second part of your question, I wasn’t entirely sure what you meant. Could you please reach out to us through the support widget on https://chatway.app (bottom right corner)? We’d be happy to assist you further there.

    After sending the email, the reply was what I asked about, but it did not provide any information on whether it could be implemented.     Coming back to your question, which is related to Chaty and not Chatway. Chaty doesn’t require visitors to log in to interact with your widget. However, they would need to log in to the respective social media app to chat with you. For example, WhatsApp web login.
