At the moment indeed there is no option or filter for setting a limit on donations. I am still working on a major update to Kudos Donations and will definitely work on adding that feature to the new version (4.0.0) where I already have a minimum donation setting (per campaign). However as it is taking time to get it ready for release, it might be worth already adding this feature request to the current Kudos Donations version.
If you have any suggestions on how you would like to see this feature function I would be happy to hear them. My initial idea is to add this a a global setting (rather than per campaign).

Thanks Mike for your prompt response. I think it’s best to have it as a global setting because it should apply to all campaigns given the Dutch regulations. Maybe we can indicate what that amount is in the settings and then when a donor tries to donate more than that, he/she gets an error/info message saying the limit is whatever was specified in the settings. I also like the new feature for the minimum amounts. Maybe also include the error/info message for those that try to enter a smaller amount than the minimum (if not already done so 🙂 ).
