I would like to know if it was possible to set the “html value attribute” of an option in a checkbox field differently from the published text. For example, if the “First choice” option of a checkbox is selected, I would like to save the choice as “1”, if the “Second choice” option is selected, I would like to save the choice as “2” and so on.

As per the current version of the User Registration plugin, we do not have this feature. However, we will surely think about it, and maybe we will introduce this in the future release of the User Registration. We will make sure to let you know once the feature is out there.
