After adding a columns block with 2 columns and adding text to each of the columns, there is a big white space between each of the columns.

How can I reduce the space so the columns are closer?

I’ve looked online for a solution. I read that the px needs changing in the block settings, but when I click on each column, I don’t see an option to set the width.

    Hello @stevedw

Hmm, to which spacing are you referring to, exactly? This one? – https://streamable.com/f8796v

    Thanks.

Hi @cteduard. Yes, that is the spacing I’m referring to. Its the space at either side of the two columns. So I just need to move the right column further to the left.

    Hello @stevedw

Ah, I see. Though, this is something that’s not controlled from our end, but it comes straight from WordPress core. They are the ones responsible for what options are available, and these options might be limited as per their designs in some cases.

It may be required to install an additional Gutenberg-based plugin if you wish to have access to more options. These usually have many more customisation options you can use for your project.

    Hope this clears things up!

    Thanks.
