    I don’t fully understand your question, I think. But I’ll give it a shot.

    For CloudFlare there’s nothing you have to do. You might have to disable CSS minification on CloudFlare’s side, though. Cause it might break the delivery of the fonts, but you should test it first.

    And I don’t see how Litespeed would relate to OMGF’s configuration? It’s a caching mechanism. If you’ve configured it correctly on WordPress, OMGF will work with it as well.
