Hello there, I’ve seem to be having a problem that I cant find in any other forums. Sorry for my limited SEO knowledge but here’s my problem.

I have a shop page https://shopbydesigns.com/shop which I have set to static front page. Now the shop page is accessible without the slug at https://shopbydesigns.com/ . However the page is accessible through both links. To my understanding, would this not create duplicate content ?

Also in the Yoast SEO plugin, in the search engine preview, there is a slug “shop” eventhough the permalink in the default edit is https://shopbydesigns.com/ . However the quick edit shows that it has a slug “shop”. This is really confusing me. I hope you guys understand my question.

    Thanks in advanced.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
