I created a simple form. If the bcc field is set (for the user confirmation email), the following error is displayed when the form is submitted:
An error occurred processing the form. Please try again.

This error message is displayed in the forminiator-reponse-message box above the form.

The email is still sent to the “to” address. I don’t get an error if I set the cc field instead.

Any ideas? I’d prefer to bcc a copy of the user confirmation email.

    Thanks!

    Hello @arose1815 ,

I have tested this configuration and I wasn’t able to replicate this issue.
    I have received both emails.
Can I ask why are you not using Confirmation for the user, but the BCC?

Forminator forms have a separate email for the user:

If this doesn’t work for you, can you share your form page so we can take a look?

    kind regards,
    Kasia
