Setting default role to Subscriber?

    There is a default role field in your standard WordPress configuration, I have a feeling that might not have changed back to Subscriber after you disabled Admin Verification.

    I have set the default role in my standard config.
    Just to be clear, I have a multi-site. I have set the default role as Subscriber for my main site and several subsites, but left it as “None” for the others.
    Any other suggestions for a fix? I am still having the same issue.

    Are all your users coming in with their role set as Unverified, or just some users on some sites?

    All of them.

    I only allow registrations on my main site and I get a notification when they register.
