    I had the same problem, but if you put the dates in American format of
    MM/DD/YY ten it will work.

    And remember that the start date must be set before todays date to see it while you are testing it. When you have a future date you want the tickets to be available from, just change the start date to a date in the future and the ticket buy option will not show.
