• Hi,

I am using this plugin http://www.wesg.ca/2008/06/wordpress-plugin-mass-page-maker/ to make multiple posts automatically with dynamic content. However, I also need to add a Featured Image to each post but the plugin doesn’t have any options for that.

Is there any way that I can upload the images view FTP to my site, and link them in the post and set them as a “Featured Image” with some script either in the content of the post, or using custom fields?

  • Will *all* of the posts have separate individual dates on it? I could show you some code that will read images by date from a specific directory and display them as if it were a post-thumbnail.

Otherwise you should probably contact the plugin maker and see if he could add that feature for you.

Hmmm.. No the posts wouldn’t have unique dates, unless I was able to batch edit the dates somehow. However, I can change the name of each image and post name to a different date, or just some number sequence.. Can the code be set to match a number sequence instead of a date?

    mstrmoo,

I just came across your post and have a similar issue here:

Can you confirm this is the same thing you are (sort of) doing… if so have you figured this out?
