    we are trying to set uop the FTP but, event with filezilla all si going ok, with your great plugin we get errors … what are we doing wrong? thank you very much!!!

    Thank you for using BackWpUp <3
    About the question, could you please help me check if other sites are successfully connected to that FTP server using BackWPUp?
    Also, please make sure that you are connected to the FTP server, currently, BackWPUp did not support SFTP yet.
