Setting imported users "active" by default

I would like to implement admin-moderated registration process with WP-Members plugin version 2.9.7

But… there’re couple hundred existing users that need to be migrated from the old WP installation. Access to restricted contents was arranged differently there.

Is there a way to import them to new site and set their status “active” by default? The goal is to avoid resetting of the password and sending any mails.
