The storefront mobile menu pups up at a width of 768px or less. I’d like to change that value to be 920px. How can I do that? I’m not easily able to find the answer.

Alex, I believe that’d be found right here:
https://github.com/woothemes/storefront/blob/master/sass/components/_menu.scss#L84

If you’d like to change that number to whatever you want, you can. Just be sure to load up a child theme and run the customization that way.
