Setting not being saved

    From “Standard” and “Floating” share, I selected Instagram and deselected MeWe and Mix but once I save settings, it reverts to default i.e. Instagram is deselected while the other two are selected.

    Checked on website and it is showing MeWe and Mix share icons but not Instagram.

    I am not able to reproduce this scenario in my test environment. It seems conflict with Javascript of another plugin.
    Try this. Navigate to the plugin configuration page where you select the social share icons. Right click, select Inspect Element in the context menu. Click console in the panel that just opened. Now select, deselect the social network of your choice and see if any error appears in the console. Post a screenshot here showing that error if any. If there isn’t any error in the console, shoot an email to support[at]heateor[dot]com so that I could assist you further.

    Yes, there are many JavaScript errors shown in console. But most of these errors are also present in other admin pages too. They are shown once page loads. But when you check or uncheck a checkbox then no error is shown. Besides you are saving settings on button click “Save Changes” so I am not sure if these errors will have any effect on it or not.

    When you select or deselect a social network, plugin runs some Javascript code that makes it visible at the front-end. These Javascript errors are breaking that functionality. You can deactivate all the plugins and activate these back one-by-one to check which plugin is causing these. Contact the support of that plugin to fix the Javascript errors.
