Setting Panel No Visible

Dear,

I had installed and again with these one new project the plugin has issue and It is installed but I can not see the Setting Panel. Everyhting incluse with the Ticket is working, but…. I click on Setting and the content inside is not visible to us.
I think it is a half internal inside.
I try send these report to support ticket, but I can not because I use a free version.

I have installed the plugin some times and always I can not see the option – Setting. It is blocked to see. The plugin Event + Ticket is working well, I can not config nothing because the Setting Option no appear to me.
I had a same issue with another domain name and after I open a ticket you resolve the issue internally.
