Setting that Allows PHP to be Executed in Pages, Posts & Widgets
-
I was told there is a WordPress admin setting, which allows me to specify which script/coding language extensions (.js, .php, etc.) are allowed to be executed within WP posts, pages and widgets.
I was told that editing this setting is done via the same admin ‘screen’ where the allowable file upload extensions are entered. Since this site is not a WPMU installation, I’m, not sure this even applies. And even if it were, I know of no settings in Network Admin mode that would allow me to specify script extensions.
Does anyone know if there is such ad admin setting? Or is this something that would need to be done via a customization to functions.php, or some other WP core file, or even via a plugin?
