In my old theme, wordpress automatically sets the domain name as the blog, so I had to add a redirect to a specific page for my ‘home page’. With your lovely theme, I can set the static home page to be the page I want them to land on for home. However, we DO have a blog and I have no idea how to set the posts to show up for the Blog navigation button. In my old menu page, I set the domain name as the custom blog page, but I don’t know what to do now.

    Any ideas?

  • If you are using the static front page method, then you create another page (lets call it “Blog”) for the blog (in name only). Then go to your Settings >> Reading >> select the page you made for the blog posts, save it. Then go to your Menu and add the blog page you made to your menu, then save the menu. The key is to make sure the settings points to your page you made for displaying posts.
