Setting Untranslated Content

Hi,

I want to set Untranslated Content with 2 requirement

1. Hide Content which is not available for the selected language.
2. Show displayed language prefix when content is not available for the selected language.

but when i choose 2 requirement its show page not found when go to Untranslated Content.

So Can i set the plugin like

1. Hide Content which is not available for the selected language.
2. Show displayed language prefix when content is not available for the selected language.
