To set up the pages, I add a new page, put [create_ticket] as text, save as create_ticket. That shortcode will fill in the form. I then add a link to Create A Support Ticket as
”/plugins/awesome_support/unsure/create_ ticket” > Create Ticket </a > space left on purposeCorrect? Then the same for agents to view their admin area? I found no documentation on this. I also don’t want agents in my admin area. Where do they go?
