Setting up a blog

I am building a one page website with the divi theme with scrolling links to sections on the page. I wish to include a blog section on a separate page, but as the nav menu links only link to sections on the main page I do not wish for them to show in my posts, can anyone please tell me away to hide the nav menu on all posts as default?

also the links <read more> are blue, how can i change there color without effecting any other parts of the site
