Setting Up Subscriptions for Schools with multiple users
-
Hello! We are trying to set up an automated system for clients to subscribe to our website content. We currently have WooCommerce Subscriptions. We have been trying to set it up for two types of clients.
1. Single subscription client – sold to a person for one user for a limited amount of time (1,3,6 or 12 months) 2. Subscriptions to a school (same time blocks as individual subscriptions) – where the school pays for a master subscription and then 100 or more students would be able to log-in. Each student would have their own unique log-in password as we have a tracking program called “My Passport” which tracks the places they visit with our program and rewards them with certificates and badges. We have tried to set this up and it has been difficult to figure out and set-up. These will be for young children who don’t have email addresses – so is there a way to assign them passwords without an email address? We want it easy for the students and their teachers. Is there a way to issue unique ID numbers?
We have found that it requires a lot of time on our end to set-up such an account and it is not automated. How do we sell such a subscription with multiple users?
We are not interested in offering other products – our main product is subscribing to our website. How do we do this easily and automated with your product?
