Thanks for reaching out!
I understand that you are having some issues with the setup wizard, as the Country/Region dropdown is not functioning as expected, is that correct?
Can you head over to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks, and resave your existing settings, without making any changes to the settings?
Doing this will rebuild your .htaccess file, and hopefully, clear the issue of this getting stuck during the onboarding.
Once that is done, please can you try completing the Setup Wizard and see if the Country/Region dropdown now displays.
If this makes no difference, please can you head over to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. This will allow us to get a better understanding of your sites current environment.
Additionally, please can you share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs, as well as a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end when trying to complete the setup wizard.
Snipboard.io can be used for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.
Once you have these, please share them in your response here.
