Hi Elmo, yes the standard Settings > Reading admin page. Below the usual setting “Search Engine Visibility” there should be “Enable XML sitemaps”… If not, then there is something wrong. Make sure the plugin is is actually enabled. If it’s not, then try to enable it again and make a note of any error messages that appear at the top of the Plugins page.
Strange,.
Plug inn is enabled , but nothing there. I’d disable it, enabled again , still no succes. Get no errors either..
Strange indeed. Can you share a link to your site?
Aan http://www.verenigdestaten.info/sitemap.xml zie ik dat je Google Sitemaps Generator for WordPress gebruikt. Is die plugin nog actief?
Plus two (!) SEO plugins which seems a bit over the top… Anyway, make sure all Sitemap modules in them are deactivated!
Reply in Dutch or English?
I have to disable one SEO plug in, but still need to transport some information from the pages to the new plug in.
Google Sitemaps Generator is active.
This is what I just did.
Set XML sitemap of in Yoast SEO
Disabled All in one SEO pack
Disabled Google Sitemaps Generator
Disabled Your plug in and enabled it again.
Still no effect…
Strange indeed. http://www.verenigdestaten.info/?feed=sitemap should show a sitemap… Do you get any errors related to my plugin (look for /xml-sitemap-feed/) in the server error log files?
If you want, you can you create a temporary admin account for me and send me the login info via http://status301.net/contact/ so I can take a closer look…
