Settings cannot be updated (403 Forbidden)

Whenever I try to change any settings I get a 403 from WP.

I can’t seem to find where the options are stored/updated to change permissions for that specific route. I don’t want to give free 0777 access to the whole file tree.

It’s probably the server acting crazy, but everything else is working fine as for now.
