Settings Change Via FTP

    Hi!

    Having a difficulty here with w3 total cache and wondering if there’s help.
    I need to uncheck the “enabled” checkbox of general settings object cache, but it needs to be done manually in the code via ftp because i got no access into wordpress (critical error when activating w3 total cache…).

    Hello @bsegal

    Ia m sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to help!

    If you have ftp access, go to wp-content and delete the object-cache.php
    Next, go to /public_html/medicinazaponeti.com/wp-content/w3tc-config/ and edit the master.php file (make a backup first)
    Around the line 99 replace "objectcache.enabled": true, with "objectcache.enabled": true,

    save the file and check if you can access the wp-admin
