Settings checkboxes not working

    I’ve tried to switch some checkboxes in “Settings” section, and their marked/unmarked state seems to not be kept once “Save” button is pressed.

    Tried with:
    “You can disable the built-in CSS entirely if want to use your own”
    “Turn search on or off globally”
    “Suggest relevant articles to users as they enter search terms”
    “Turn the breadcrumb on or off globally”

    Wordpress 6.8.2

    Can you visit the WordPress Site Health screen (/wp-admin/site-health.php?tab=debug), copy to clipboard, and paste in your debug info here?
