I don’t think there is anything unusual about my setup. I’m hosted with Cloudways in a Digital Ocean droplet. I used their installer to install WordPress.
I first had the problem on my live site, then cloned my site onto a staging site (same environment). I deleted all my themes and plugins except for PublishPress Planner and Checklist.
Apologies for my mistake – I took the screenshot before deleting the Checklist plugin. After taking the screenshot, I tried deleting the Checklist plugin, and that did not solve the problem.
I did not have the Capabilities plugin installed when this problem started happening, but I did try installing it and messing with the settings to see if it would solve the issue with Planner. It didn’t make a difference.
I’m using the same setup as you, and I haven’t encountered this issue myself.
In cases like these, our typical approach is to investigate the problem directly on the website. However, it’s important to note that sharing login details in this forum is against the guidelines outlined here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/guidelines/#the-bad-stuff
Our Pro users have access to our private helpdesk, where they can securely submit their login details for our team to conduct a more thorough investigation.
If you prefer the free version and would like assistance, we will not be able do much unless you could tell us the steps to replicate the issue.
Thanks for the information. We’ve been able to replicate this issue and working on a fix which we’ll get to you on Monday considering it’s the end of the week today
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. If you have any further questions, please reply again here, or you can start a new thread.
Thanks,
