Hi, I have created several custom sidebars to use in the following website: http://www.balancesystems.co.uk/balance2017/ and every time I log back into WordPress they have defaulted to the first custom sidebar I created. I have contacted the theme developer but was wondering if you knew of this issue and can resolve it?

  • First, thank you for using Custom Sidebars. Just to make sure I understand correctly, you are able to save a custom sidebar with settings and it works, but when you log out and back in only the first sidebar is working. Are the sidebars being erased or are the settings being cleared? Do you have any screenshots or error messages you are getting?

Hi, I created several custom sidebars, but the settings within each one default to one menu, however I have created individual menus for each sidebar. 1st screenshot shows what it defaults to, 2nd screenshot it the settings it should hold.

Hmm how do I send you screenshots, no option to attach?

Hi, Can you shed any light on this please? Thanks

Sorry for the delayed response. You can share a screenshot with a service like Monosnap. They have a free option. Hope that helps.
