Settings don’t save
-
Trying to save settings, it redirects to this page /wp-admin/options.php which doesn’t exist.
-
can you disable all other plugins and try again.
Still the same.
the wp-admin/options.php file needs to exist it part of the WordPress install.. have you made any modifications to WordPress?
I have gone to reinstall my WordPress software.
let me know what the result is.
Still the same. Redirects to /wp-admin/options.php which shows error 404. but if I type /wp-admin/options.php in my address bar it will appear.
can you save other plugins options, or does it just apply to mdocs?
It’s just mdocs.
This error almost always comes down to an .htaccess issue. Please check with your host (or if using a local install, make sure it’s activated) the apache mod_rewrite module.
Note, that this settings should be set on server, but not in the .htaccess site. Also, check your site with your host with FireWall Web Application and the mode security, which can be blocking the WordPress files.
I turned on my DEBUG, and still couldn’t find the error.
when you get the 404 error is the full address the same as your site. For example your site is http://www.example.com is the full address http://www.example.com/wp-admin/options.php or does it differ.
Make sure you look closely at the uri.
Yes, I took note of that.
http://www.example.com/wp-admin/options.php
That is the link it directs me to, and it throws up error 404.But if I type http://www.example.com/wp-admin/options.php in my address bar, it will open WordPress options.php page
hmmmm very weird… I’m not sure why that is causing a 404 error.
What is the options.php file permission set to?
That still being pending, I have other question.

Is there a way to change the URL slugs?
e.g. http://www.unizikichalumni.net/mdocs-posts/the-court/
to http://www.unizikichalumni.net/library/research/the-court/-
When one click on the tags, it doesn’t display documents in Memphis document library, why?
-
And also your plugins seems not to be compatible with Kleo theme. (Which I believe maybe solved from the Bootstrap stuff in Settings which doesn’t save.

No you can’t change the url it is set to mdocs-post.
It should display all memphis docs if you have added a tag to the file.
Make sure you have advanced search on.
