Settings link is missing in multisite installation

I installed Twitter Tools in a multi-site installation, and network activated it. In plugins list, it shows that Twitter Tools is activated. However, when I go to settings, Twitter Tools link is nowhere to be found; neither in the main site, nor in sub-sites. I tried in both network settings and individual sites to no avail. What could be the reason? Is this plugin not compatible with multisite?
