Hi,
Just to clarify the UpdraftPlus Backup menu is missing, is that correct?
If yes, can you try to re-install the plugin? You will not lose your backups in the process.
Thanks,
BryleHi Bryle, See attached image i am completely missing the settings menu, I have also reinstalled updraft and no difference. Thanks

Can you check under the “Tools” Menu
Also you can try turning the toolbar on/off from the Toolbar option in Administration > Users > Your Profile
Hi vupdraft thanks for your reply, I have checked both of these and still the same.
Do you have Admin level permissions?
Yes I do. Do you want me to share login details. Thanks
No, please don’t share the login details. It’s against the forum regulations.
Can you try adding this to your theme funcitions.php
add_theme_support( ‘menus’ );
Hi Vupdraft, Thanks for that still no luck. Below is a link to a picture of the menu that missing.

Can you try going to Users » Profile in your WordPress admin panel and then locate the ‘Toolbar’ option.

Make sure the box that says ‘Show Toolbar when viewing site’ is checked.
Then, click the ‘Update Profile’ button at the bottom of the page to save your settings.
