Settings Menu Missing From User Role

    We have a custom role in our WP site, and we are unable to make the “Settings” or “Help” menus appear for a custom user role. All available User Capabilities are selected for this role.

    Is “Settings” and “Help” limited to the Administrator role?

    The Settings Page / menu uses the manage_options feature of WordPress itself. So if you change the user role to have permissions to manage options (settings) they will be able to access all settings of your blog.
