Settings not saved

    After updating to 6.2.0 I got a message to migrate settings and clicked the link.

    After this process I got the following error message:

    The following settings were not saved:
    apost_supporter_root
    bpost_supporter_archive_display
    apost_opportunity_root

    Which is for two custom post types. With debug on various undefined index wrnings relating to these settings appear on the post-type index page. The breadcrumbs are no longer working on pages of those post types.

    Ah. I seem to have come up with a fix. if I roll back to the previous version, perform a “backwards migration” (nice touch that btw), save the settings, then update to 6.2.0 again and migrate the settings I don’t get any warnings and it *seems* to be working.

    Thanks for reporting this, and digging in a little more than anyone else had. That is interesting, in 6.2 an adjustment to when the default settings for CPTs and custom taxonomies are generated was made so that the import/export/reset function would work again. However, it appears that is conflicting with when some CPTs/taxonomies are registered. If you don’t mind, can you tell me what hook the supporter and opportunity CPTs are registered in?
