Settings not saving

    I just downloaded this plugin but I’m running into issues with the set up. I have a wordpress website with a pro photo template and after downloading and activating the plugin, I attempted to adjust the settings. The save button at the bottom right-hand side of the screen doesn’t seem to do anything when clicked. I also flushed the website cache just to be sure. None of the changes are saving and I’m at a loss on what to try next to get this up and running.

    The last time we heard of such an issue, the user had a plugin that had not be updated for years causing the problem. Perhaps you can try deactivating plugins one-by-one to see what’s going on.

    I appreciate you getting back to me!

    I tried deactivating all the other plugins, flushing cache and then trying to change and save settings but it still doesn’t save..

    It would be tough to diagnose in this setting, but one thing we also suggest trying is to check this option in the plugin’s Compatibility tab and then reset your caches:

    Save Settings with AJAX: new Turn this option off if you are having trouble saving your settings.

    I continued to have issues with the saving of the plugin. Decided to go in a different direction. Thanks for your help.
