Settings not saving

Hi, I installed latest version.
Settings is not saving.
When I try to create the header as per example in your video, I click Safe, but it does not save or do anything, no error message either.
Is this version compatible with the latest version 3.5.2 ?

Should I try installing an older version of the plugin?
