Settings not saving in Multi Site

    Multisite, settings don’t save. ie. send to SendinBlue and refresh and its on PHPmail.

    Hi @kcaustralia,

    Thanks for reaching out & I apologize for the trouble!

    As I have tested on our staging servers, I could not reproduce this issue.

    This could be a plugin conflict on your WordPress site. Could you please try deactivating your 3rd party plugins and retest?

    Also, check WordPress -> Tools -> Site Health section and see if there are any critical errors.
