Settings not working properly

Hi there,
I am using the delivery time settings and 2 things are not working unfortunately
Maximum order per time slot (i had 3 yesterday and i received 5 orders in 2 different slots)
Disable current time slot: I tried both settings (on or off), customers can still order during the current time slot
