Hi,
The link should be:
http://carnethy.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=settings
Please, double check if your plugin version is 5.17
Check your wordpress version if is at least 4.9.8
Check if you have memory free available
Dashboard => Stop Bad Bots => Dashboard
For more troubleshootings, take a look this page:

Please, let ke know after that.

The link is as you quoted. The second link was to Download Manager’s settings page. It’s sufficiently different that you wouldn’t think there’d be a problem.
Clicking the SBB settings link opens http://carnethy.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=settings but instead of it showing SBB settings it shows a distorted version of Download Manager’s settings.
If I disable ‘Download Manager’, SBB’s settings load properly
It’s the latest version of the plugin and WordPress. I have tons of memory free.
I would think it’s a conflict.

Yes, unfortunately looks like a conflict with another plugin.
Might it be simple to fix?
I’m working hard to align all ours plugins and themes with wordpress 5 and Gutenberg.
When i finish that, i will study how improve it. Maybe middle of december.
Thanks. I don’t know what the settings are but it does seem to be blocking successfully!
Disable the Download Manager,
go to sop bad bots settings page
update all
enable again Download Manager
😉
Hi,
I just updated the Stop Bad Bots version 5.18
It is compatible with WordPress 5.0
I fixed also that incompatibility with Download Manager Plugin.
Cheers,
Bill
It loads the settings correctly now!
